"Where motion meets structure.
I created this piece as a meditation on movement, connection, and the fragile balance between vastness and intimacy. I wanted the surface to feel alive, as if currents of air, water, and memory were passing through it at the same time."

“Seen from the vastness of space, Earth appears as a shared home. And yet each person carries their own world within them.
The work connects cosmic expanse with inner depth. Moving forms, dark color spaces, and luminous accents create an atmosphere between restlessness and harmony, between natural force and personal reflection.”

Moon Over the Yangzi
月映长江
"Inspired by the poetry of a moonlit autumn night.
At the heart of this painting lies an ancient and enduring image: the full moon above the Yangzi on a clear autumn night — a scene of quiet beauty that has inspired poets and painters for thousands of years. In Chinese culture, this motif has been sung, described, and reimagined time and again, becoming a timeless symbol of reflection, longing, and harmony between humanity and nature."

Drift Between Worlds
In Drift Between Worlds, the familiar silhouette of a river boat becomes something more suspended than descriptive: a small vessel adrift in a vast field of water, mist, and light. Inspired by Chinese river imagery, the painting translates a traditional motif into a modern visual language, where atmosphere takes precedence over place and suggestion replaces narrative. Broad washes of blue, grey, and white create a sense of movement that feels both fluid and elusive, as if the river is constantly reshaping itself.
水雾行舟
The boat sits quietly at the center of this turbulence, a compact focal point that anchors the composition while also emphasizing its surrounding emptiness. Rather than portraying a specific landscape, the work evokes a memory of one — filtered, distant, and reinterpreted. The result is a meditative meeting point between East and West, tradition and abstraction, restraint and gesture. It invites the viewer to drift into uncertainty, where the river becomes less a location than a passage of thought.

Gallery Song Dynasty
My artistic journey began with traditional Chinese painting techniques, deeply inspired by the aesthetics and philosophy of Song Dynasty art. Over time, I have also developed a fascination for Western abstract and contemporary styles, which increasingly influence my work. By combining elements from both cultures, I create paintings that unite tradition and modern expression in a unique visual language.
