Welcome to my gallery—a collection of moments, details, and works that live somewhere between tradition and the present. Take a look around and discover the stories woven into each piece.

Drift

漂移

"Traces of a Place Unremembered.

Colour and texture drift through one another, dissolving the boundaries between form and absence. Fragments emerge and recede, suspended in a state of quiet movement. There is no clear direction, only the gradual shifting of what was once distinct — a passage between presence, memory, and disappearance."

Collision

相撞

Tension lingers beneath every layer, pulling the image in opposing directions. Fragments emerge, collide, and dissolve, leaving no single point of resolution. What remains is raw and unsettled—a trace of emotions too intense to be contained, yet impossible to ignore. Beneath the disruption, something continues to shift, never fully taking shape. Boundaries blur and reform, while fleeting moments of clarity give way to uncertainty. The surface becomes a record of what cannot remain still: fractured, charged, and suspended between holding together and falling apart.

The Far Shore

彼岸

Beyond the horizon, something has already passed from reach. The world remains, muted and distant, carrying the traces of what once was. Darkness settles without violence; loss becomes less a wound than a weight slowly set down.

Like a shore at the edge of the underworld, the

landscape exists between departure and arrival. Nothing calls you back. Nothing asks to be carried further.

And so the passage continues—not toward another beginning, but toward stillness. What remains is not absence, but acceptance:

the quiet peace of finally letting something go.

Haze Over the Mire

The earth grows heavy, and the world begins to blur. A quiet haze settles over the mire, softening the boundaries between earth, water, and shadow. Everything seems suspended—damp, weathered,

and slowly sinking into itself. Beneath the muted surface, traces of movement remain: tangled, restless, almost unseen. There is no clear beginning or end, only the slow transformation of things left to linger.

Shape of Absence

空痕

“What is gone can still take form.

Absence is rarely empty. It lingers in softened edges, fading forms, and the quiet spaces left behind when something begins to let go. Slowly, boundaries dissolve, and what once felt defined becomes indistinguishable from its surroundings. What remains is not a void, but a trace—a presence reshaped by distance, time, and the gentle act of release.

Light Remains

余光

“Where the light finds its way back.

From the quiet remnants of what once hurt, something begins to stir. Light seeps through the shadows, soft at first, then glowing brighter—awakening what had long been buried. What remains of the past is not erased, but transformed, giving way to movement, to becoming, to growth."

Unbound

无羁

The lines remain, but they no longer hold. Somewhere between weight and weightlessness, a space opens. There is no certainty in what follows—only the quiet force of moving beyond what once defined you. The familiar begins to loosen its grip, and with it comes a new sense of distance, possibility, and choice. To step forward is to leave something behind, yet not necessarily with regret. What lies beyond may be unknown, but it belongs to no one else. It is yours entirely.

“Some things are meant to remain unfinished.

Between stillness and movement, something shifts. What appears distant begins to feel familiar; what seems fixed continues to change. The work leaves space for what cannot quite be named—a trace, a memory, a moment between one state and another. Perhaps meaning does not always need to arrive. Perhaps it is enough to remain somewhere between what was and what is yet to come."

Where Chaos Finds Its Way

有道

乱中

“Even in chaos, there is direction.

This artwork explores the fragile boundary between chaos and harmony, where the restless movement of deep blue waves meets the warmth of golden light. The sweeping forms seem to drift, collide, and reshape one another."

The Seam

"Separation is not an ending; a fissure may also be a passage.

A fissure divides, but it also opens. Between two surfaces, a narrow passage emerges—a place where separation becomes movement, and the boundary itself begins to shift.

"Where motion meets structure.

4828-0.jpg

I created this piece as a meditation on movement, connection, and the fragile balance between vastness and intimacy. I wanted the surface to feel alive, as if currents of air, water, and memory were passing through it at the same time."

“Seen from the vastness of space, Earth appears as a shared home. And yet each person carries their own world within them.

The work connects cosmic expanse with inner depth. Moving forms, dark color spaces, and luminous accents create an atmosphere between restlessness and harmony, between natural force and personal reflection.”

Moon Over the Yangzi

月映长江

"Inspired by the poetry of a moonlit autumn night.

At the heart of this painting lies an ancient and enduring image: the full moon above the Yangzi on a clear autumn night — a scene of quiet beauty that has inspired poets and painters for thousands of years. In Chinese culture, this motif has been sung, described, and reimagined time and again, becoming a timeless symbol of reflection, longing, and harmony between humanity and nature."

Drift Between Worlds

水雾行舟

In Drift Between Worlds, the familiar silhouette of a river boat becomes something more suspended than descriptive: a small vessel adrift in a vast field of water, mist, and light. Inspired by Chinese river imagery, the painting translates a traditional motif into a modern visual language, where atmosphere takes precedence over place and suggestion replaces narrative. Broad washes of blue, grey, and white create a sense of movement that feels both fluid and elusive, as if the river is constantly reshaping itself.

The boat sits quietly at the center of this turbulence, a compact focal point that anchors the composition while also emphasizing its surrounding emptiness. Rather than portraying a specific landscape, the work evokes a memory of one — filtered, distant, and reinterpreted. The result is a meditative meeting point between East and West, tradition and abstraction, restraint and gesture. It invites the viewer to drift into uncertainty, where the river becomes less a location than a passage of thought.

Gallery Song Dynasty

My artistic journey began with traditional Chinese painting techniques, deeply inspired by the aesthetics and philosophy of Song Dynasty art. Over time, I have also developed a fascination for Western abstract and contemporary styles, which increasingly influence my work. By combining elements from both cultures, I create paintings that unite tradition and modern expression in a unique visual language.
